Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy:

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.

The remaining balance is due in full on or before the event date.

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the deposit and a signed agreement. All bookings are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date will result in a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable $100 deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy:

Rescheduling requests made 14 days or more before the event date can be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event date will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. In some cases, a rescheduling fee may apply if significant adjustments or costs are required to accommodate the new date.
Additional Notes:

In the unlikely event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including the $100 deposit, will be provided.
