Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy:

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.

  • The remaining balance is due in full on or before the event date.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the deposit and a signed agreement. All bookings are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
     

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date will result in a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable $100 deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable.
     

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Rescheduling requests made 14 days or more before the event date can be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event date will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. In some cases, a rescheduling fee may apply if significant adjustments or costs are required to accommodate the new date.
     

Additional Notes:

  • In the unlikely event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including the $100 deposit, will be provided.
